Influence of thermal insulation properties of building envelope on its energy consumption
Eliáš, Filip ; TROJAN,, Karel (referee) ; Šťastník, Stanislav (advisor)
This diploma thesis describes possibilities of thermal insulation of a detached house and choice optimization of insulating materials especially based on economic and ecologic factors. The thesis describes basic physical effects that are associated with heat transfer and that should be respected in insulation design. These effects influence the choice of suitable insulating materials based on their properties.
Family house in passive standard
Svoboda, David ; Jelínek, Petr (referee) ; Sedlák, Jiří (advisor)
The bachelor's thesis on a topic “The family house of standard passive” deals with the design of the house for family housing in accordance with applicable legislation. The house is designed in the Highlands on the edge of developing area Račerovice. The cellarless two-storey building is made of brick. The roof is according to local regulative plan made up of saddle-shaped truss system. The passive character of the house requires large glass areas on the south facade of the house and high-quality thermal insulation of the building envelope with minimal losses. The house is associated with a brick garage with a shed-roof.
Energy assessment of building
Žůrek, Petr ; Horák, Petr (referee) ; Hirš, Jiří (advisor)
In this bachelor´s thesis are summarized the most important changes of energy asessment of building that brought novel of law 406/2000 Sb. about energy management in 2012. There are also stated requirements of legislation EU on the energy asessment of building and form to use in Czech republic. The aim of the bachelor thesis is also analysis available conducting decrees for laws and how will it effect projection and technical practise. In second part there is the energy asessment and energy audit of block of flats.
Alternatives to solutions of low energy and passive family houses
Pospíšilová, Pavla ; Aigel, Petr (referee) ; Výskala, Miloslav (advisor)
This diploma thesis is focused on material and technical alternatives of the building envelope and heating of low energy houses and passive houses. The theoretical part is focused on main principles of designing low-energy building standards. The practical part is aimed to the best economic and technical solution of new buildings in low energy and passive standard on a particular case. At the end of thesis the evaluation of the best design options is performed.
Customer Care Centre Hutira - Brno, s.r.o., ventilated cladding
Nohava, Petr ; Hanzelková, Martina (referee) ; Šlanhof, Jiří (advisor)
The work deals with the technological stage sheathing hall and office portion of the building. It contains technical regulations for three types of cladding. Type of casing for the indoor portion of the sandwich panels. Cladding for the administrative part are HPL plates and plates enamelled glass. Describes the work schedule, bill of quantities, design mechanical assemblies, occupational safety and health.
CONSTRUCTION DETAILS FROM SECONDARY RAW MATERIALS USED FOR BUILDING ENVELOPE
Smolka, Radim ; Rybárik,, Ján (referee) ; Schmid, Pavel (referee) ; Šinogl,, Jiří (referee) ; Matějka, Libor (advisor)
One of the important reasons for the choice of the thesis topic are increasing requirements from the persons interested in low-energy, passive or even houses with almost zero energy consumption. During decreasing of the energy demand is within the framework of the idea of sustainable construction not only required to decrease the total energy demand of the buildings, search and solve the critical spots in the building jacketing, but also to use the secondary raw materials as full-value substitutions for commonly used products from the primary raw materials. The thesis tries to contribute to the possible usage of polymeric wastes in building industry. In an early stage of the thesis the main and partial targets together with the consecutive steps leading to their fulfilment were set. Selection of the suitable secondary raw materials, discussion with the specialists, initial sample mixing, finding their thermally – technical characteristics, press mould and fire kiln acquisition was carried out during the stage. The next phase is focused on the application of the products made from the secondary raw materials to the building envelope. The products are moulded according to the thermally – technical properties. Performed moulding approved that the products are fully functional and after reaching the required value of heat conductivity coefficient products eliminate imperfections of the solutions used at present. Strapping product for the threshold door joint is registered at Industrial Property Office of the Czech Republic and at European Patent Office at the same time. Recycled materials put into production represent possibilities how to decrease number of acquired virgin materials, need of primary energy and how to decrease risks connected to the waste disposal. Society is starting positively approaching to the products that are partially or fully produced from the secondary raw materials. Nevertheless, before the products from the recycled materials enter the peop
Cost optimization of the operational phase of buildings
Kleinerová, Jana ; Dostál, Jan (referee) ; Výskala, Miloslav (advisor)
The thesis discusses the operating costs and the possibilities for their optimization. Specifically, it focuses on one of the greatest possible operating costs and it's heating costs. In the first part of the thesis are defined in general expenses, the price and the production, operating costs, optimization of these costs, life cycle of buildings and technological methods to improve the thermal and technical properties of the object. Finally, the theoretical part describes the terms for calculating the energy performance of the building and the payback period, which evaluates the effectiveness of investments. The practical part is assessed according to specific building energy performance, and especially in terms of its demand for heating. The building is designed for six variants of insulation, which is again judged on their energy performance. Subsequently these measures for better thermal insulating properties of the object assessed according to their cost efficiency and return on investment of individual variants.
Modelling and Simulation of Projects Improving the Thermal Properties of Buildings
Výskala, Miloslav ; Hromádka, Vít (referee) ; Kocanda,, Pavel (referee) ; Chodasová,, Zuzana (referee) ; Korytárová, Jana (advisor)
This doctoral thesis deals with the modelling of projects improving the thermal technical characteristics of buildings. The solution of this problem seems to be finding at least one cost-effective option. The basic method of evaluation of cost-effectiveness is represented by the compilation of all corresponding cash flows and their rendering in time through discounting. The aim of the docáral thesis is the processing and modeling of individual investment options related with improve the thermal-technical properties of buildings and finding a cost-optimal variants, ideally. One of the expected outputs is to develop a comprehensive methodology (modeling and simulation task) useful for defining all potential investment projects improving variant thermal-technical properties of the object.
Constructive-technological Study of siding Contact Insulation of Building
Rábek, Michal ; Valenta, Michal (referee) ; Diaz, Yvetta (advisor)
This thesis is about building instruction for the implementation phase envelope hall in town Šaľa with a steel skeleton. Selected cladding system consists of a wall panels KINGSPAN and accessories.
Small apartment building
Myšák, Jakub ; Mocová, Pavla (referee) ; Daněk, Lukáš (advisor)
The theme of this work is the construction of new residential building solutions in Vrchlabí. The building has two floors and a basement. It possesses eight apartments of the three above-ground floors and two underground, where is the technical background. The land is sloping with a drop on one floor. The building is designed from the Porfix including a ceiling beam construction. The cladding is insulated contact insulation. Part casing underground floor, which is in contact with the ground, is designed lost formwork. The roof is designed as a single-ply flat. On the west side of the building is designed landscaping stairs. The building is adequately lit and naturally ventilated.
